Background
My journey towards healing began around 25 years ago with intensive studies in Rolfing, Pilates, and Polarity Therapy, followed by Shamanic studies and EFT, each opening new layers of understanding. These paths deepened significantly through Biodynamic Craniosacral work and Core Process Psychotherapy. Along the way, I was blessed to meet wonderful teachers and therapists who guided me with patience, wisdom, and genuine care.
I feel I have lived many lives. Having called Malaysia, Singapore, the United States, Hong Kong, Japan, Thailand, Spain, Canada, Brazil, the United Kingdom, Indonesia, and Portugal home at different times, I have always been seeking a deeper understanding of myself, and through that, of life itself.
Professionally, I began in filmmaking, then technical writing and translation, before embarking on an entirely new enquiry: what does it truly mean to be well? That question has shaped everything since, leading me to a holistic understanding of health and well-being that informs every session I offer.
