What is Advanced Rolfing?

Rolfing Structural Integration is a form of hands-on bodywork and movement education that reorganises the body's connective tissue, especially the fascia, to bring the whole structure into a more balanced relationship with gravity. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, it works with the body as one interconnected web, releasing long-held patterns of strain so the body can find a more upright, efficient, and easeful way of being.

Dr. Ida Rolf (1896–1979)

Developed by Dr. Ida Rolf, the work combines skilled manual pressure with guidance in movement and awareness, so that change is not only made in the tissue but integrated into how you stand, breathe, and move through daily life. Offered here at an advanced level, sessions can address more complex or longstanding structural patterns.
