Presence in the Body
Embodiment is presence in the body. Learn how to do that as the foundation of being, and of mindful living.
We spend much of our lives living in and from our heads — thinking, planning, analysing — while the body holds a vast intelligence that goes unnoticed. This session guides you into a direct, felt experience of yourself as a whole being, restoring the connection that is the ground of all genuine mindfulness practice.
Sessions work through gentle, light touch — a direct way of drawing awareness into the body and helping you discover what it actually feels like to be in it. Rather than thinking your way into presence, you are guided there through felt experience.
